In the past 3 years, Limitless Growth has seen rapid expansion. Our first task of redefining agriculture and how we get our food is growing at an exponential rate around the world. We are a global company whose roots are secured throughout Canada and we have branched out to Australia and the United Kingdom. We are in 55 cities with populations of 90,000 or more with an average customer base in each location of approximately 5,000. These accomplishments on the platform have generated $900 million for 25,000 passionate small-scale farmers on the platform and have saved over $3 billion on food bills for the customers who use it.
We are passionate about making a difference in this world and that’s why we have a strong presence in every community we expand to. From community gardens to food security projects to ensure everyone has access to a chemical-free fresh meal. We have centralized hubs within a 1-hour commute to each location that acts as our training base, showroom, an educational center for school trips, course creation for both online and in-person, and we ensure that our culture is meant to unite. Each of our locations features a community park that is sure to have everyone who visits feel in touch with nature. The hubs also have basketball courts, and training facilities to encourage friendship and unity within our team.
None of this would be possible if it wasn’t for our team that shares our vision of a brighter future. Our incredible employee incentives have helped us appear in the top 100 places to work in every city where we compete. Our team is united on a universal goal that benefits the planet in its entirety.

First of all, I want to say thank you to the team that has helped bring a vision that gives back to the planet to come to fruition. Without the amazing skill set that each of you brings none of this would be possible.
The growth of our company has been remarkable, yet where we stand today is only a fraction of what we will achieve. Our “why” is simple – To create a better world for every part of this planet by redefining how things are done and thinking outside of the box. Our company, and the vision that guides it, can only succeed through the support of our team members and leadership. Our focus remains on utilizing technology to create scalability with exponential growth capabilities.
Through your amazing skillset, I have been able to focus on my strengths and steer away from my weaknesses. Over the last 3 years, we have helped accelerate the growth of this movement that benefits every living thing on this planet. Through podcasts, live speaking events, courses, and films we have able to show the world why this change is needed. Through events that bring communities together, we have helped unite. Through innovation, we have created a company that has no limits.

The number one deciding factor to any decision is, “Will this decision benefits the planet.” If the answer is no, we don’t do it. We do not believe in highly paid executives. All of our income goes to creating sustainably for the planet.

30% of our company is owned by our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Trust. This is a powerful incentive that ensures our team feels the connection that they have on the business and the vision.
We have achieved some amazing things in this world thanks to a marketing department that goes outside of the norm. When others were spending millions on Facebook ads we decided to take a different approach…. We decided to innovate. Through innovation, we have been able to gain traction through the media and at the ground level. We have utilized community projects that give back to the cities we were wanting to reach. We have released numerous products that help the home gardener and our small-scale farming base grow more efficiently. The media outlets love what we’re doing within communities around the world and always respond with positive feedback. Our online platforms that run ad-free help communities come together and bring unity within our tribe. At the forefront of it all is the Limitless Growth brand that continues to expand.
At the core of our business is technology. Technology is what helps our company become scalable in a way few have been able to achieve. We integrate smart devices that streamline the process of maintaining healthy soil and a healthy planet. We have created robotics in strategic ways that do not take away from the workforce but allows us to venture into uncharted territory. Our goal is to impact the globe and without technology, this would not be possible. We have the best coders and designers that this world has to offer and they see the companies vision and are constantly thriving to make Limitless Growth a platform the world loves to utilize.

Where we are now is only a fraction of what we wish to achieve. We are led by huge goals that change the shape of the planet. Agriculture is just the starting point. We will be expanding into realms that clean our oceans, that solve world hunger, that end homelessness, that provides living wages to millions of people around the world, to even fixing the broken healthcare systems many of us face.
