Is the Free Beginners Growing Course actually free?
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You start your subscription today, get the full Plus or Premium experience for 14 days, and pay nothing during that window. If you cancel before day 14, you're never charged.
- Card is collected at checkout but not charged until day 14.
- One click to cancel from your account — no email required, no "sorry to see you go" loop.
- The trial covers both Plus and Premium, on monthly or annual billing.
What's your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds after the 14-day free trial ends — that trial window IS the way to make sure Plus or Premium is right for you, with zero risk. We're a tiny self-funded team and Stripe + bookkeeping fees on individual refunds add up faster than most realise.
If something has gone wrong with your account (double-billing, an outage, a bug we caused), email support@limitlessgrowth.coand we'll make it right. Otherwise, cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the period ends, then drop back to the (free forever) tier.
Why is the price so low right now?
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
The price is the only difference — same features either way. Annual saves you about 17% compared to paying month-by-month for a year.
If you're picking between Plus and Premium: Premium includes every paid Course we release, monthly or annual. Plus has all the tools (Coach Lumen, Listen Mode, Garden Planner) but paid Courses are sold separately.
What does Coach Lumen actually do?
Lumen is your gardening-only coach. Ask any growing question, snap a photo for plant ID or pest diagnosis, get advice tuned to what beginners actually need to hear.
Here's how much you get on each plan:
- Free — 100 messages and 1 photo ID a month. Enough to give it a real try.
- Plus — unlimited messages and 10 photo IDs a month.
- Premium — unlimited messages and unlimited photo IDs.
