Refund Policy

Subscriptions — Plus & Premium

Both Plus and Premium include a 14-day free trial. Stripe collects your payment method at checkout but doesn't charge anything during the trial. If the plan isn't for you, cancel before day 14 from your subscription settingsand you're never charged.

After the trial ends, subscription charges are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial is designed to be your risk-free evaluation window — we're a small self-funded team and Stripe + bookkeeping fees on per-customer refunds add up quickly. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the period ends, then drop back to the (always-free) Free plan.

Exception:if your account was charged due to a bug, double-billing, or a documented outage on our side, email us and we'll make it right.

Digital Courses — Deep Dives

Deep Dive course purchases (one-time digital products) are non-refundable once accessed. Each course page lists the full curriculum, sample lessons, and outcomes before checkout so you can decide informed.

If you bought a course by mistake and haven't opened any lessons yet, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

Seed Products

Heads up:site-direct seed sales are currently paused — we sell our variety packs on Amazon now. Amazon's own return policy applies to those orders. The seed-product policy below applies if site-direct seed sales return.

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Unopened seed packets may be returned for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • 31 days to 3 months: Unopened seed packets may be returned for store credit.
  • After 3 months: Returns are no longer accepted.

Seeds must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • Send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Please include photos of the issue when you contact us — it helps us improve quality control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following seasonal items cannot be returned due to their perishable nature:

  • Garlic and seed potatoes
  • Onion sets and flower bulbs
  • Asparagus and rhubarb crowns
  • Mason bee cocoons and nematodes

If you receive a seasonal item that's damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

Growing Results

Seeds are living products. Germination and growing results depend on many factors outside our control — soil quality, weather, watering, sunlight, and growing technique. We cannot guarantee specific growing results or offer refunds based on plant performance.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our seeds. If you believe you received a bad batch, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@limitlessgrowth.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm your return and provide shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the items back (you cover return shipping unless the item was damaged/defective/incorrect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the error was on our end (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).
